Keeping Active At Home
It is really important to apply everything you have learned in PE into your daily lives to stay healthy and active. Try to get outside and play as much as you can to keep yourselves active.
On this page are some daily workouts and challenges for you to try out and also some links to some fun websites with activities that you can try.
If you have any of the equipment we have used, you can practice reviewing or working on any of the skills that we’ve learned in PE this year.
